Digital Advisor
£750/month
Up to 1 day/month
For businesses that need experienced advice, challenge and prioritisation: reviewing performance, questioning agencies and suppliers, and helping management decide what should happen next.
Ongoing senior digital leadership
Senior digital expertise without the cost of a full-time hire. One experienced person to help prioritise, coordinate and improve your website, SEO, analytics, digital marketing, AI opportunities and digital suppliers.
The hours are deliberately flexible. They can be used for the highest-priority digital work that month rather than locking you into separate retainers for SEO, analytics, website work and digital management.

What I can own
How it works
I am not there to sell you a particular platform, advertising channel or website rebuild. My role is to understand what the business is trying to achieve, decide what digital work is worth doing, and make sure it gets done properly.
I can work directly with the owner or management team, collaborate with internal staff, brief your agency or developers, review proposals and quotes, and validate delivered work.
The mix changes with the business. One month might focus on search visibility and conversion; another on analytics, an agency brief or an AI automation opportunity.
If you have ongoing digital work but no need for a full-time Digital Director, tell me what is currently falling between the gaps.
