What is included

For £199 total, you receive a prioritised table of recommendations for content and functionality, an Excel spreadsheet of relevant keywords ranked by estimated search volume, including the target location, data source and research date, JSON-LD data tailored to your business and website, and a llms.txt file prepared for your website, with installation instructions. The price is a single payment and includes any applicable VAT.

The scope is one business, one website or proposed website, up to five key pages, one target market and language, and up to two competitors. Website editing, development, ongoing support, full technical crawling, paid advertising management and exhaustive keyword research are not included.

For a planned website, unconfirmed details and URLs in the files will be marked for completion before publishing. File installation is not included. Search-volume figures are estimates, not exact counts of searches.

Ordering and delivery

Submit an accurate brief and pay through Stripe. Your order is confirmed only after payment is verified. The plan is delivered by email within 3 working days of verified payment and receipt of a complete brief. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. If clarification is needed, the delivery period begins once that information is received.

If the brief is outside the stated scope, Denis will contact you to agree a suitable scope or refund the payment before work begins. Any additional work needs a separate agreement.

Cancellation and problems

You may cancel for a full refund before work begins. Once work has started, any cancellation charge will reflect the work already completed, up to the £199 total. Contact Denis promptly if the delivered plan does not meet the agreed scope so the issue can be investigated and corrected.

Your plan and its limitations

You may use the delivered plan within your business and share it with your designer or agency for implementation. Recommendations are based on the brief, public information and the research available at the time. Search-volume figures, where included, are estimates. Rankings, traffic, enquiries, revenue and appearance in AI-generated answers are not guaranteed.

You remain responsible for deciding which changes to implement and for the accuracy of information supplied. Do not supply passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential customer records.

Governing law

These business service terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
