Privacy notice

Who handles your information?

Denis Kondopoulos is responsible for the information collected for this service. Contact contact@deniskondopoulos.com or call Tel: 07712 255 379. Business correspondence address: contact Denis for the current address.

What is collected and why?

Your name, email, business name, website address, target location, goals and competitor details are collected to process your order and prepare your advice. Your consent to the business service terms is recorded. This information is used to take steps at your request before entering a contract and to perform that contract.

A hashed network identifier and request counts are used to prevent abuse of the order form. This is based on the legitimate interest of keeping the service secure. Please do not send passwords, customer lists or sensitive personal information.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes your payment and may collect payment, contact and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy. This website does not receive or store your full card number. The hosting and database providers process website requests and store your brief on Denis’s behalf. Where providers process data outside the UK, appropriate contractual and transfer safeguards must apply.

Cookies and tracking

The landing page uses Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling and page interactions through heatmaps and session recordings. Microsoft processes usage and device information and may use cookies, depending on its settings and applicable consent requirements. See Microsoft’s privacy statement. Submitted briefs and verified purchases are also summarised for order reporting. Stripe and WhatsApp may use their own technologies when you choose to visit them. Any hosting access controls may use essential authentication cookies.

How long is information kept?

Unpaid or abandoned briefs are retained for up to 30 days. Paid-service briefs and correspondence are normally retained for up to 12 months after payment to handle questions and disputes. Financial records are retained as required for accounting and legal obligations. Security request counts are retained for up to two hours. Longer retention may be needed for a specific legal claim.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive a portable copy. Contact Denis using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Marketing

Buying this service does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Your brief is not sold to advertisers.
